This view defines the governance of authority, decision-making, and long-term enterprise commitment that govern who owns outcomes, who holds decision rights, and how authority scales without reverting to functional silos.
1. View Purpose & Decision Surface
The Leadership & Partnership view owns authority, accountability, and the corporate partnership model. It answers:
- How does Zeta distribute decision-making and scale leadership without bloating C-level titles?
- What are the specific, structural roles of Partners across our strategic engines?
- What are the formal decision rights and arbitration paths when objectives conflict?
2. Directory & Chapters
- 01. The Partnership Structure: Resolving legacy title rigidity through a scalable professional partnership model.
- 02. Role Accountabilities: Specific Partner roles (GTM, Capability, Engagement, Competency, Operating) and their core metrics.
- 03. Decision Rights and Arbitration: Standard operating matrices, escalation paths, and cross-axis arbitration rules.
3. Boundary & Exclusions
- In-Scope: The partnership tiers, role-specific accountability scopes, decision-right matrices, and cross-functional arbitration.
- Out-of-Scope: This view does not define standard UPIM schemas (View 1), the technical deployment of software (View 2), the structure of career chapters (View 3), or the exact mathematical formulas for variable cash rewards (View 6/7). It owns the authority, not the mechanics or incentives.
