This view defines the work system, value flow, and execution methodologies that govern how value moves from strategy to platform capability, engagement assembly, and steady-state customer outcomes.
1. View Purpose & Decision Surface
The Operating & Delivery view owns the work systems of the enterprise. It answers:
- What are the formal operating planes that partition engineering, assembly, and steady-state execution?
- How does work flow from pre-sales, discovery, build, and transition, to steady-state operations?
- What internal software platforms (ERE & EWE) automate and scale this work system?
2. Directory & Chapters
- 01. Value Domains and Operating Planes: The structural architecture of Zeta's work systems.
- 02. Operating Planes Deep Dive (To Be Drafted): Detailed work partitioning across the Product, Engagement, and Run Planes.
- 03. Engagement Lifecycle Summary: The phase-gated execution of client SOWs (links to detailed
engagement/guide). - 04. Engagement Readiness & Win Platforms: Summary of ERE and EWE platforms as internal tooling infrastructures.
- 05. Product Line Engineering Summary: Standard platform reusability and derivation (links to detailed
product-line-engineering/guide).
3. Boundary & Exclusions
- In-Scope: The sequential value-flow arc, operating planes, ERE/EWE platforms, Product Line Engineering, and the phase-gated transition lifecycle.
- Out-of-Scope: This view does not define physical reporting hierarchies, chapters (View 3), partner equity models (View 4), C3M council membership (View 5), or direct cash bonuses (View 6/7). It owns the work, not the people or capital.
